CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made 72H prior to departure time. If not, full amount will be charged on credit card.
In the unlikely event that we can't go out because of circumstances beyond our control, and if we can't reschedule, there will be no charge.
WEATHER
If the weather does not allow us to offer a good experience, we will cancel the tour at no charge, but only 30 minutes before the begining of the tour. The weather here changes rapidly and the forecast is not reliable so weather based cancellation are accepted only at departure time.
